"Wonderful Vacation"

Our vacation experience starts with USa Vacation Homes & Spa itself. The staff was very helpful and professional which is one reason why we return each year for that family fun experience. There were very helpful in explaining ways to enjoy our stay while in Florida. The home in which we stayed was gorgeous inside and out. The house was well maintained and furnished well for everyone needs. From the kids swimming in the pool in the hot sun to the adults in the hot tub at night kept everyone at low stress which made it that much more enjoyable. Having home cooked meals was a plus. It allowed us to continue to eat healthy while still enjoying the sites. Overall, from beginning to end, our vacation was the best ever and we look forward to returning and sharing the experience with other family.

Everything was great but for the first 2 1/2 days the house was verry hot, some of the rooms averaged a temperature of 87 degress, the gas grill did not work all that well, we could not get the fire up, so we could not have a cook out. There was no mop, we had to call. But once we called they did bring the mop and fixed the air. Other than that, It was a great experience and we loved the house. Would definitely come back Thank you.

This home was as beautiful as it is on the website. This house has all the amenties you will need to entertain the family. After enjoying yourself at the theme parks you can come home and cool off in the pool and enjoy BBQ by the Poolside. While the kids and others enjoy a movie on the 52" screen TV or play a round of pool in the game room. I strongly recommend this home. We have vacation Wtih USa vacation since 1998. "FAmily Celebration from All parts of the World"

We celebrated my 50th Birthday, by getting all of the Kids & Grandkids together for 2 weeks in Orlando, from all parts of the world.
The House was so nice, and we had such fun, that most of the time, we stayed at "home", rather than "doing Disney".

Highly recommended.

We initialy booked another property and when we got down to Florida they informed us that our property had some issues and gladly upgraded us to a more spacious and luxurious property which is this one in Formosa Gardens. We had a ball and will return next year.
