USA Vacation Homes & Spa provides professional property management and rental services to absentee owners who desire to rent out their property on a short-term rental basis.
 
Our office is conveniently located at 101 Polo Park Blvd on Highway 27, in Davenport, Florida. Our location allows for easy access for guest check-in for their stay in our managed properties. We provide twenty-four hour a day, seven days a week check-in service for all of our guests. Our weekday hours are 9:00 am through 5:00 pm, and our phones are monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week for after hour service. We have staff that live close to the main office and rental properties and always have someone available and on call at all times.
 
We strive to care for and manage your property as if it were our own. Our goal is to provide superior management of your property and utilize our experience and resources to attain the maximum amount of rental bookings possible for each and every owner in our program.
