Hi Charo Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all of you too. We are coming over a week tomorrow and would like the pool heater switched on if possible Tuesday or Wednesday so that the pool temperature will be nice for us arriving. We would appreciate it if you can arrange to have this done for us. We would like to thank all at USA Vacation Homes for an excellent first year managing our property, we have been delighted with the job you do and this is reflected in the surveys we get back from our guests. My sis, bro and his wife and myself stayed at the Highland Oaks Reserve back in 2006. Since then we have purchased a vacation club package but these homes compare to nothing. I am planning a family reunion and I didn't even bother looking in my vacation catalog. Do not hesitate to book with these people if you have more than two people in your group. A hotel is fine for two but for more the homes are the best. The customer service is there to support you 100%. We had a mix up with our home and they upgrade our home at no extra charge. It is the best way to travel especially if you have kids.
