“The house was amazing and everyone was in awe from the minute we stepped into the front door. The house was very clean and had enough space for everyone to be comfortable. We had a wonderful time at Magic Kingdom, but the pool was the highlight of our stay and the kids enjoyed it immensely. We definitely plan on renting this house again for next year’s trip to Florida. Checking in & out was great and everyone at USa Vacation homes rental office was very friendly and helpful . I would absolutely use them next time I stay in Florida . “This huge house is like a castle, my twin-kids (age: 8) stood most the time in the swimming-pool and played table-tennis instead of going to mickey mouse! Teh only problem was the weather, but we were still happy, to stay inside our castle and look over the green grass of the golf-course!”

“We enjoyed the spaciousness of this house, and the tasteful decor. The amenities included a pool and hot tub, soaking tub in the master bath, high-efficiency washer and dryer, seven flat-screen Tv’s in every room and out back, Netflix and Wii, and even a game room in the garage with a pool table. While this property is not in Orlando, it takes about 15 minutes to drive to the theme parks. There are plenty of stores and services nearby. Because the garage has been converted to a game room, the only parking is on the driveway and street. Guests are responsible for putting out their own garbage on pick-up day.”

“Very impressed with the size of the home. Large bedrooms.One with ensuite. Brillant swimming pool. large living room, kitchen dining area all open planned. Loved the seperate area for washing and drying clothes. Cant belive the size of the washing and drying machine. Didnt get to see the resident frogs , but the kids did. Loved the swimming pool. Thought there could be alittle bit more in the games room. Possibly the garage could be re-vamped. Unsure about the waste disposal unit, as was to sure what we should be putting into it. What I would suggest to be put in the vistors file is that if you had any food leftover before you leave that there was a little charity shop in sunrise lakes, that you could leave any extra food itmes in there for those who are less fortunate than ourselves- the food bank. The smaller shops had not really anything inthem in sunrise lakes, however Sweetbys was close and you could walk to it and back. Howver wall mart had a Varitey of everything but the meat was not good. Sweetbys meat was better. yOU would need a car if you were doing a large shop. Overall enjoyed myself.”

“The service was wonderful. All the people I dealt with on the phone and in the office was very friendly and helpful. The home was above my expectations. Time I walked in i was wowed, I went to ever room before helping family to unpack the car to see what everything was like, and I liked every thing I seen. The location was right on time. Wal-mart and other restaurants were close by. Plus the office was in a good location and not to far away from the home we stayed in. I loved the spaciousness of the house. I was very pleased with the entertainment that was provided, television in everyroom, the game room, and of course the pool area.”
